We had the best “pizza” in a long time.

The pizza here was extremely good. The edge was spot on and the bodwr was perfect. The pizza was just really crispy and you could make your own pizza. If you are looking for good food, this is the place for you.

Pizza ok, carbonara just dice cream with pasta and 5 ham. But when I'm in Phillipstal and about to starve, I quickly go to Vacha for a doner kebab. Nice service, she can't help it.

After waiting 20 minutes, there was still no waitress, even though she walked past us several times. At least the menu could have been brought to us. Staff hopelessly overwhelmed.

In short: it was just bad! As already mentioned: Service overwhelmed, although it wasn't busy. Food was below average. Side salad was a slice of tomato, a slice of cucumber and what felt like three leaves of lettuce. Dish 105 was very manageable, the 97 without pine nuts written out. Never again!

Presumably the others have problems. Service who rolls their eyes and is visibly annoyed by their customers. It was different shortly after the opening. We were there for the last time.

Underground bad! Unfortunately. I was there on Sunday, August 23rd, 2020 with my brother around 6.15pm. It was the first time. When we sat outside (on wire chairs without upholstery), we were noticed, but actually completely ignored. The employees (I think there were three) were doing well, even if the mega business was not taking place. We sat there for at least 15 minutes without paying attention to it, until it somehow annoyed us. So my brother went in briefly and said that we would like to be served and dine. Two of the employees just looked at him in complete amazement and didn't reply at all, as if this question alone was inappropriate. Whatever. Then wait again. This time maybe 10 minutes. Still nothing. A cheek, I think, because even with heavy workload (which wasn't even the case here) you should be able to start drinking after 5 minutes at the latest and not be brought to the brink of dying of thirst. In any case, the mood was at a low point here. My brother then wanted to go to the toilet and let me know on the way there. Incidentally, also because of the seat cushions that we weren't offered. There were some outside, but they were all wet. By the way, there was a strange and rather snotty reaction from the staff. At some point two menus were quickly brought out, then nothing came up. When we sat there for another 10 minutes, it was enough for us and we just left. So we didn't even get to eat (so can't rate it), not to mention drinks. Absolutely awful the whole thing. And that's called an inn. In any case, they would have left at least € 40 there, but apparently they don't need that in times of Corona. One cannot understand. Our recommendation: change of staff or a rough announcement from the managing director! Because there is actually nothing worse and more deadly for gastronomy than incompetent, annoyed and bored staff. Not at all possible! We are guaranteed not to be back, and that's just because of this campaign. It's actually a shame, because the location is actually great, but it deserves a better restaurant. Sad. Hopefully the boss will read this here and take it seriously. Oh, and one more thing at the end: We gave a completely unbiased opinion. Still, many other people seem to have had similar experiences. Coincidence? I don't think so.

The worst thing I've seen in a long time! Grottoes bad service and complete overstrain even though there was no operation. But the icing on the cake was the "food". (Except for the pizza, which was declared to have a good taste and was the only one served warm) We were 11 people, previously announced, i.e. reserved, and waited over 1 1/2 hours for our food. A couple of them only got their food when the rest was ready. I was served a small "pile" of green lettuce salad, just washed with a can of tuna on top, no dressing, no anything ?? When I asked if you were serious and where my dressing was, the plate was taken away from me, I was allowed to wait 15 minutes again so that the same thing was served to me this time, only with rocket salad and of course no dressing again, just that Oil from the tuna that was dumped on the salad could be seen. Our group had been served cold food and the portions weren't even half full. Sometimes the ordered drinks were forgotten, ordered again and forgotten again! An evening that we will not soon forget! Never again

We had to wait a long time. A lot was over: Parma ham, anchovies, apple juice and later even the pizza. In addition, the dough was not baked through. No thanks. Not like that :(

Very unfriendly and very poor service, service was completely overwhelmed with four tables. Now wait an hour and 20 minutes for our meal. And now the food came and the calzone wasn't cooked through, the pizza dough was raw. That is not how it works!!!!

Food is cold, takes forever, you are not the quickest and friendly and something is always missing when you order. And the portions for the price are the biggest joke.

Food lasts forever hardly service not recommended. Unfortunately there are no minus stars

Very bad service, we waited forever for drinks and food. According to the menu, there should have been a roll with the salad. When we asked the waitress about it, we only got a shrug. The restaurant makes a restructured and unprofessional impression. What a shame...

Had 4 cents less and couldn't buy ice cream.

Bad service !!! Preferably minus 5 stars! Next table waits forever for food, own table was not cleared when ordering. The next table got food, but there was no salad. Still waiting for the ordered cyclists. Shortly before thirst of thirst I called to the waiter that it was now taking too long and I was going on again. It didn't bother him much. Conclusion: never stop here again. DLzG to all rockers Please read other identical opinions, do not stand alone with my opinion. But apparently nothing changes.

Nice italian restaurant.

The food was very good, we were served quickly, reliably and friendly at lunch during the week.

I was totally ignored for about 20 minutes, got no card, etc. Then when the service came to me, I was offered no card. I ordered ice cream, which then came with vanilla ice cream with an indefinable fruit ice cream. Service and drink underground.
